We produce diverse types of ball bearings, whose outer diameters lie in the range of 32 to 1600 mm. All of our products fulfil the most stringent requirements of the standards that are in line with DIN and ISO. The high precision of our ball and roller bearings matches the characteristics of comparable world-renowned ball bearing brands. Ball bearings in almost any ranges can be quoted and delivered upon request. SLF can fit your bearing requirement needs with special material, special lubrication, special heat treatment, special backlash and higher levels of precision. We also produce high quality thin section bearings for the semiconductor, scientific and robotic industries. Our portfolio of services also includes the reconditioning of ball bearings.

IKO LBalls are selfaligning Spherical Bushings consisting of a special zinc diecast alloy body and a studded ball which has its axis at right angles to the body. They can perform tilting movement, oscillating movement and rotation with low torque, and transmit power smoothly due to uniform clearance between the sliding surfaces. Their superior wear resistance assures stable accuracy for long periods of time, and maintenance is simple. They are very economical bearings. For these reasons, they are widely used in link mechanisms in automobiles, construction machinery, farm and packaging machines, etc.

Franke FDH linear guides are suitable for linear movement tasks, especially in dynamic pick-&-place applications. They have rollers with angular contact ball bearings for the highest acceleration and speed values, for example when using linear motors as the drive source. Rail elements can be manufactured in lengths from 200 mm to 4000 mm and can be coupled endlessly.

Housing washer, shaft washer and rolling elements, bearing steel. Cage, steel. Note Axial ball bearings accept high axial loads from one direction but may not be loaded radially. The bearings are separable. This means the bearing parts can be fitted independently of each other. The main dimensions of the axial ball bearing conform to ISO 104 and DIN 711. Dimensional and running tolerances correspond to tolerance class PN acc. to DIN 620. These tolerance classes are standard and are well suited for most applications.
