Barrier Acoustic Spongepan

Bondex sponge with barrier is one of our sound insulation sponge models suitable for use in noisy places. Bondex sponges are obtained by cutting the recyclable waste sound-absorbing insulation sponge into pieces and then compressing them again. The fire retardant rate and sound insulation level are adjusted according to the insulation sponges and other additive products used. The barrier used between the two sponges is a PVC sound insulation barrier with double-sided felt. It is used as an impact and vibration absorber on parquet and under-screed floors in sound insulation and isolation projects. Thanks to its high density, it is sound deadening and is preferred to provide insulation on walls and ceilings.

Tekno Touch acoustic sponge are sound insulation sponges used in acoustic sound insulation and arrangement works with flock coating on the surface. Flock can be made from natural or synthetic materials; such as cotton, rayon, nylon and polyester. After liquid glue is applied on the flocked material, it is sprayed with a flocking machine, then the acoustic sponges are dried and then dried in an oven to achieve the specified humidity.
