Blanched Cashew Butter


Cashew paste is obtained by grinding the kernels to a state close to buttery. Contains no preservatives, emulsifiers or sweeteners. Rich in plant protein, vitamins B, PP and E, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper, iron. Use with honey, fruits and dried fruits, as part of cereals, salads or desserts, as a filling for pancakes, with toast or bread.
