Bulgur is dried crushed wheat grains, which are first heat treated, dried, cleaned from bran, and then crushed to the required volume (see photo). The groats have a nutty flavor. The distinguishing features include the fact that bulgur should not be washed before cooking, since the cereals are already steamed. The use of bulgur lies in its chemical composition. Croup has the ability to improve the functioning of the cardiovascular system. Bulgur also lowers blood sugar and improves the functioning of the nervous system, which in turn helps to cope with insomnia, stress and irritation. In addition, cereals are involved in the breakdown of fats. Bulgur contains a lot of potassium and iron - minerals important for the heart and blood vessels. The cereals contain complex water carbon, so the cereal is ideal for dietary nutrition. Bulgur is also used in home cosmetics. On its basis, scrubs and masks are made for aging skin.
