CARTON ERECTOR F1000 COMPACT VERSION

Combining the erector to a line (taping base, filling floor and taping machine) it is possible to create the boxes as they need, without engaging spaces for accumulation. The trainer will automatically form boxes, taking them from the side stock and by bending the four bottom flaps. The settings relating to boxes, speed size etc .. are all adjustable by a convenient front panel. The operation can be set automatically or manually. Furthermore, by installing the automatic Start/Stop system equipped with a photocell, placed on the taping base, the F2000 trainer waits for the operator to free the taping base from the box, before proceeding with the formation of another box.

AUTOMATIC CASE ERECTORS Semi-automatic carton erector for closing the bottom flaps of the box Max. sixe mm. 520x520x700 or mm 670x670x800. The Pack Point is a case erector that, assisted by an operator, automatically folds the four bottom flaps of an American box. In few seconds the carton is ready for the operator to fill: while holding the case, Pack Point allows the operator to use both hands for placing the product into the carton. When the carton is filled, the operator presses a button and the PP automatically transfers the carton into a case sealer for top and bottom sealing. The Pack Point can be linked to a Gem 520/670 (bottom taper) so that boxes can be easily sent to filling lines by motorized conveyors. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

PACK POINT 08 - CASE ERECTOR Semiautomatic carton erector. It forms the bottom of uniform size batches of American type boxes, with operator. Operation is simple , just insert the open box in the case erector. The four bottom flaps are folded and the box is automatically locked in position for filling. A pneumatic pusher makes the expulsion of the box to a taping machine . The PACK POINT 08 when combined with a taping machine is a compact and productive semi-automatic packaging line. The machine is equipped with 4 wheels with brakes.

High speed with PLC and Touch screen control panel The new FPWK 0430-TOUCH model represents a remarkable evolution compared to the previous models because it can use polypropylene band with a thickness from 60 my to 150 my and polythene paper band with a thickness from 100 to 130 my. The maximum speed is 30 cycles/min. The machine is equipped with a Schneider Touch screen control panel (simple and intuitive) with which all the functions of the machine can be easily checked with the exception of the tensioning which is adjustable via a separate potentiometer. The standard bench model uses 150 m spools. but the machine can be installed on a motorized reel holder for rolls of 500-1500 m. The FPWK 0430 banding machine in addition to the classic use in graphic arts, bookbinding, paper converting, is particularly suitable for the realization of multiple packs or for the combination of multiple products in promotional sales.
