CSN® screwin heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids, air and gases. In relation to the process, we provide you with screwin or tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. The surface loadings, a very critical design feature for the longterm durability of the elements, are calculated for their specific application. For exact temperature monitoring, the screwin heating units can be manufactured with various controllers and / or limiters, as well as PT100 sensors or sheath thermocouples.
