CYLINDRICAL ROLLER BEARINGS

We offer our KIS cylindrical roller bearings in various designs and sizes. In addition to the number of roller rows and the design of the cage, the flanges on the inner and outer rings are also considered. Due to their low friction and high rigidity, our cylindrical roller bearings are the perfect, durable solution for applications with high radial loads. They can also compensate for axial displacements (e.g. due to thermal expansion) and are available in sealed designs. Sealed cylindrical roller bearings are protected from dirt, water and dust. These bearings are full complement type bearings incorporating double rows of full complement cylindrical rollers in the outer ring, and can withstand large radial loads. Additionally, the outer ring is guided by the outer ring shoulder and the end face of cylindrical rollers to the axial direction.

IKO Linear Roller Way Super X is a highperformance roller type linear motion rolling guide with 4 rows of wellbalanced cylindrical rollers arranged in parallel in a highrigidity casing. This allows for smooth running, high reliability, stable high accuracy and rigidity. Even when heavy load or fluctuating load is applied, it has low elastic deformation and is stable, making it suitable when vibration or shock is applied. Models are available in a wide range of performances and sizes, and can be selected according to the application.

IKO Thrust Bearings consist of precisely machined cages and rollers. They have high rigidity and high load capacity and can be used in small spaces. Thrust Needle Roller Bearings use needle rollers, while Thrust Roller Bearings use cylindrical rollers. Various types of raceway rings are available, and can be selected according to the operating conditions. When the bearing mounting surface of a machine is heattreated and finished by grinding, Thrust Bearings can be used without raceway rings, making the machine more compact. They are best suited for applications where high accuracy is required at high speeds and under fluctuating heavy loads, such as the drive mechanisms for automobiles, machine tools, and highpressure pumps.
