It has been designed and constructed with respect to the pre punch holes to prepare a connecting element assembly, especially for metal plates. These packages are produced in order to order and delivery for approximately 3 4 weeks.

Our machines can be equipped with a maximum of 30 standard-shaped tools (circles, oblongs, squares and rectangles). All these tools can be combined to punch simple geometrical shapes. We also have or produce forming tools or multiple tools that reduce the number of strokes and the production time. These machines work with a precision of 0.1mm on sheets of a maximum format of 2000 x 1250mm, with the possibility of repositioning on the length.

Main properties: max. punching force – 220 KN; max. sheet thickness - 6 mm; max. sheet dimensions without reposition - 1500x3000 mm; max. sheet dimensions with reposition 1500x7000 mm; max. sheet weight – 180 kg; tolerance for repositioning - +/-0,05 mm; thickness of the punching sheet – 0,6÷6 mm.

Ems99 produces punches in 90MnCrV8 steel and tempered (56-60 HRC) with a tolerance of 0.015. OT58 EN 12164 brass punches are created for hot stamping. Also for this article, in addition to the standard pieces, the creation of customized pieces in terms of size and font is envisaged. The movable steel and brass characters allow engraving on labels or foil.
