Features: — High rigidity and compactness: With excellent rigidity and compactness, this module offers possibility for size optimization at given thrust requirements. — Lightweight, high velocity and high acceleration: The ironless linear motor combined with an aluminum slider gives low self load, which is ideal for high acceleration and high velocity applications. — Smooth motion: Using ironless linear motor as the actuator, CLS run smoothly even at low speeds without cogging force. — High precision: High-precision positioning is achieved using closed-loop control with optical encoder based feedback. Available precision grades include Normal (N), High (H), and customized Precision (P) for even more demanding applications. — Multiple sliders: CLS can accommodate multiple sliders on the same axis, each controlled separately.
