The TPS22965DSGR is a 6A load discharge, slew rate controlled N-Channel 8-WSON (2x2) general purpose power distribution switch with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C (TA). It is designed to provide a low-cost, low-power solution for power distribution applications. The device features a low on-resistance of 0.3Ω and a low quiescent current of 0.2μA. The device also features a slew rate control function that allows for a smooth transition between on and off states.
