Countersinking deburring tool angle - BEW 605 R

This angle-design machine allows you to deburr holes in hard to reach areas, e.g. holes in cross holes, which have to be deburred from the inside.

The straight drilling deburrers come in three different sizes for different holes. The push start makes handling easier and you can also regulate the speed.

Machine with adjustable speed and stroke length. The file holder can be rotated during operation. Constant stroke length even under high loads.

This newly developed device is suitable for the same applications as the PLF 88 file. The special thing about this machine is that it hardly vibrates during operation and the easy to adjust stroke length. This patented vibration dampening in accordance with the Vibration Directive protects you and the tool. This is a vibration-damped machine, which makes it ideal for continuous operation for polishing or deburring. The stroke length can be adjusted, and the exhaust air direction can be changed in order to blow grinding dust forwards.
