De Gusta is the brainchild of two Bristol residents, with a shared passion to develop local gastronomic culture. Using authentic products and drawing knowledge from their background in the catering industry, De Gusta is inspired by their joint heritage - of the land and of the kitchen. The team at DeGusta is young, flexible and ambitious, bringing Mediterranean produce to the heart of modern cuisine, whether contemporary or classic. Family, friends and an impressive network of contacts have given us the opportunity to work directly with producers, absorbing their passion for produce and ensuring quality control in the journey from farm gate to plate. Today, we are proud to work with providers such as Bocha Fruit, La Cuina, Severn Project, Verdcamps, Gamboa and Cooperativa San Isidro to whom we are very grateful. We adapt our produces to every season, oferenig either local produce and imported produce. We bring the local produce from the local farmers that grow the finest vegetables to you. We chose the perfect season for every vegetable to obtain a unique flavour. We take pride in providing fresh vegetables just for you and in case this is not possible, we import the seasons produce from the mediterranean zone instead. On the other hand we offer imported seasonal produce to complement what we are not able to source locally, working with Spanish producers to ensure optimum and authentic quality and flavour. We also offer many organic products.
