We has a factory area of 26000sqm, 80 sets of facility for multiple purposes. and permanent assets RMB 130 million. We applies the Cross Wedge Rolling technology(CWR) and manufactures various kinds of stepped shaft blank such as gear shaft blank, camshaft blank. The facility of us includes 10 sets of rolling machines: 2 sets of H630, 3 sets of H750, 2 sets of H1000 and 3 sets of H1200. The production capacity of a single heat treatment shift is 2.4t and normalization capacity is 7.2t/h. We produces stepped shaft blanks ø10---ø128mm，L≦1200mm. The annual production capacity is 50, 000t.
