With traction of 650 kp and a lifting speed of 8 m/min, the GEDA AB 650 M material winch ensures the efficient and reliable transportation of materials along façades. Various suspension rope lengths, extension cords which can be ordered as an option, outriggers (either with a 2.0 or 2.8 metre radius) and ballast weights ensure that the winch adapts flexibly to the on-site conditions and requirements. A conversion kit to a load capacity of 1,300 kg is available for the transportation of larger loads. The GEDA AB 650 M material winch is of course equipped with the usual safety equipment including a rope coil monitoring system and an overload safety device.

The beerlift can easily be mounted next to the general stairway, thus the personnel can also use the stairway while the beer is being transported. Mounted accurately, the beerlift can carry loads of up to 200 kg with a maximum lifting speed of 25 m/min. For this effort, the lift needs a power supply of 1 kW / 230 V / 50 Hz / 16 A.    With the help of appropriate ladder sections, the lift can be extended to 0,5 m, 0,75 m, 1 m or up to 2 m. The ladder sections can also carry heavy loads of 200 kg or 250 kg. For the extension, ring nuts are included in the mounting set.  If small or instable material is to be transported by the beerlift, a universal platform or the vario platform are efficient complements. Both platforms can carry heavy loads of 200 kg and 250 kg and can be reached through a foldable side protection. Also, the tilting of the vario platform can be adjusted, which comes quite handy for steep stairways.

The GEDA 2 PK is a rack and pinion hoist with aluminium ladder segments. Its flexible system allows for the hoist to be installed to any kind of crane up to a standard height of 150 m (higher heights on request). This makes it a safe and quick transport system for crane conductors and maintenance personnel and materials. Its overspeed safety brake guarantees safe transport. Electrical safety devices prevent faulty operation. You can control the hoist from the control board in the car. (option: control to be changed to the outside or to the car). When the car is opened, a small ramp with lateral protection will open, too, forming a safe transition to the car together with the access enclosure. In order to put on the mast segments, the roof has to be opened. The lightweight ladder segments can be easily installed in a safe way. These are connected without bolts, with the help of a patented quick lock system.

For the cleaning and maintenance of facades it is possible to install during or after the construction permanent installations like façade hoists. These installations enable workers and service employee access to façade units that cannot be reached otherwise. A façade hoist needs to be chosen wisely, as every installation is different in its technical and economical parameters. GEDA combines these factors within their façade hoists and individually plan and manufactures the machinery according to the customers’ needs.
