Deep groove ball bearings are the most commonly used type of bearing. Coming in many versions, varieties and dimensions, they are particularly versatile and can be used in a wide range of applications. They can withstand both radial and axial loads in both directions, even at high speed. They are especially suitable for all situations where high speed and low power loss are required. Features of deep groove ball bearings: ideal for high and very high speeds able to bear medium radial and axial loads in one or both directions easy to assemble, with minimal maintenance requirements Series: 600, 6000, 6200, 6300, 6400, 1600 Thin ring: 61800, 61900 APPLICATIONS: Earth Moving Machinery Electrical Motors and Gearboxes Iron and Steel Industry Agricultural Machinery Oil Industry Papermaking Machinery Wind Turbines Railways Semiconductors General mechanics Industrial Transmissions Pumps and Compressors Medical devices Food Processing Machinery

Inner ring, outer ring and rolling elements, bearing steel. Cage sheet steel. Labyrinth seal sheet steel. Lip seal NBR. Version 2Z = sealed both sides with noncontact labyrinth seals. 2RSR = sealed both sides with contact lip seals. Note Deep groove ball bearings accept high radial and axial loads. Axial loads are absorbed in both directions. The versions 2Z and 2RSR are lubricated for life with a high quality grease. The main dimensions of the deep groove ball bearings conform to DIN 6251. Dimensional and running tolerances correspond to tolerance class PN acc. to DIN 620. The radial internal clearance corresponds to the clearance CN acc. to DIN 6204. These tolerance classes are standard and well suited for most applications.

IKO LBalls are selfaligning Spherical Bushings consisting of a special zinc diecast alloy body and a studded ball which has its axis at right angles to the body. They can perform tilting movement, oscillating movement and rotation with low torque, and transmit power smoothly due to uniform clearance between the sliding surfaces. Their superior wear resistance assures stable accuracy for long periods of time, and maintenance is simple. They are very economical bearings. For these reasons, they are widely used in link mechanisms in automobiles, construction machinery, farm and packaging machines, etc.

Franke FDH linear guides are suitable for linear movement tasks, especially in dynamic pick-&-place applications. They have rollers with angular contact ball bearings for the highest acceleration and speed values, for example when using linear motors as the drive source. Rail elements can be manufactured in lengths from 200 mm to 4000 mm and can be coupled endlessly.
