Devzira rice is lightly milled rice, on which the shell of the grain is partially left. This means that such rice contains more useful vitamins, fiber, coloring pigments - antioxidants. It differs from traditional white cereals with increased nutritional value, preservation of the integrity of the kernels during cooking, excellent taste and aroma.
