BS "Bright Stock" / KS-19p oil is a high-viscosity cylinder oil, that refers to high-viscosity base oils obtained by distillation under atmospheric pressure and vacuum distillation, extraction and dewaxing of solvents from residual oils – as well as at the end of hydrotreating. The name "Bright Stock" comes from a method of producing a high viscosity cylinder oil of a bright color (Bright) by mixing naphtha with a dark colored cylinder oil, the mixture is left until winter, the wax ingredients are extracted from it, and then the naphtha liquid is distilled. BS "Bright Stock" oil is contained in gear oils, marine diesel engine oils, cylinder oils and other oils with a high viscosity index.

Base isoparaffinic oil MVI-2 manufactured by OJSC NGK Slavneft-YANOS (HVI-2, MGA-8 manufactured by Taneco). Isoparaffinic oil MVI-2 belongs to group II of base oils and is used for the production of high quality engine oils. MVI-2 oil is obtained by processing of naphthenic oil. It has good detergent properties, a sufficient viscosity index and a low pour point. Application area MVI-2 oil is used as a base for transformer, hydraulic oils, steering gear oils and special coolants for metalworking, turbine and other energy oils. It is also used as a basis for the production of lubricants, mainly for motor oils production. Benefits of Base Oil SN-80 Can be used as base components in the manufacture of lubricating oils. It is possible to manufacture oils of intermediate viscosity classes (for example, I-30A) by mixing more viscous oils with less viscous oils in an appropriate proportion.
