These blocks could be produced as plain, with tongue & groove or with carrying hollow. EGE Gazbeton wall blocks are also preferred in the first place for the fire walls with its property of A1 fire class. EGE Gazbeton Wall blocks are produced according to EN 771-4 standard.

EGE Gazbeton corner blocks are used at the corner points of the masonry constructions, by filling the hole with concrete and steel bars, in order to increase the strength and the load-bearing capacity of the building. They are produced according to EN 771-4 standard.U blocks are used for the preparation of beams in high walls of the constructions, hiding the downpipes, building hidden chimneys and also used in the horizontal and vertical beam construction instead of wooden molds.

Lintels are reinforced items used on top of the doors and windows in the constructions. The bearing length of support must be usually minimum 15 cm. For the lintels longer than 120 cm, the bearing length of support must be 20 to 25 cm.

Wall Panels are Reinforced Wall Elements that may be used on interior and exterior walls of any concrete, steel, wooden and prefabricated structure. These panels can be applied by being assembled between columns as well as on their interior and exterior surfaces. This property of Horizontal Wall Panels enables diverse architectural facades with different functions and preferences. They can be easily and rapidly assembled by means of assembly apparatuses and crane. Reinforced Wall Elements are designed and produced in such a way to endure different wind and earthquake forces to which they might be exposed. *Length: Maximum 600 cm. This is an outstandingly-performing glue developed for the bricking process with Gazbeton blocks. It ensures solid adhesion of blocks. Being developed in accordance with international EN 998-2 standard and certified by CE and TSE, Gazbeton Bricking Glue forms strong walls and provides earthquake safety thanks to its outstanding adhesive performance. Since it does not allow the formation of thermal bridges by reducing the thickness of joints, it increases heat insulation capacity. Simply add water and stir the glue which is sold as powder in 25 kg packages protected against moisture, and in a short time it is ready for use.
