Description
Basic-type electrodes are designed for manual arc welding of critical structures made of carbon and low-alloy steels in all spatial positions, except for vertical vertical-downward welding. The electrodes are recommended for one-sided welding of pipes and common-type structures operated at low temperatures, when increased requirements for ductility and impact strength are imposed on the weld metal. They allow welding at reduced currents. The fast-hardening slag ensures high-quality welding and formation of fine-ripple welds, including in vertical position. Certificates for PE OK 46.00 electrodes: •Transneft Register; •GOST R Certificate of Conformity; •NAKS Certificate. Mechanical properties: •ultimate strength – not less than 540 MPa; •impact strength (KCU + 20) – not less than 200 J/cm2; (KCV-20) – not less than 75 J/cm2; (KCU-60) – not less than 50 J/cm2.
