During printing and coating processes, so-called ink mist or particle mist arise in the outlet of doubleroll systems. This unwanted particle deposit results in lower product quality, high maintenance costs, increased ink consumption and the contamination of the environment. The formation of ink mist is very noticeable and annoying, particularly during coating and printing processes on substrates with non-absorbent surfaces (films, metalized substrates or composite films). A patented double-row DC plasma electrode is used to prevent this ink mist. This plasma electrode acts separately on both particle streams and ensures an optimal particle deposit. The electrode will be connected to the high voltage generator HSG61. The MISTING TACKER system is currently used for printing on metalized films and in silicone coating units (Wifag-Polytype).

The WEBMOISTER 3000 ensures high-quality products in all heatset web offset machines. Using a new nozzle concept, both lighter and heavier grammages can be remoistened at all web speeds with ultimate precision and homogeneity. The new pneumatic atomizing nozzles are capable of applying smallest water quantities without developing waste water. The modular structure of the nozzle bar allows the WEBMOISTER 3000 to remoisten paper webs in widths of as much as 3 meters. In heatset web offset printing, paper loses moisture during drying. The WEBMOISTER 3000 remoistening system increases the water content in the paper after drying, returning to the level required and thus guarantees high quality in all heatset web offset products.

The active Eltex grounding clamps from the TERRACLAMP and the 70 series are used together with the TERRALIGHT and the Terra-Control TUE30 ground monitoring system to establish and monitor grounding connections. These devices are used when decanting or filling potentially explosive substances. Existing electrostatic changes are discharged effectively in a controlled manner. The active grounding clamps from the TERRA-C/S, TERRA-C/B, 70AG, 70BG, 70CG (only for TCB040), 70AK and 70HK series feature extremely hard and sharp collet jaws. The jaws also feature a continuously high clamping force, ensuring a secure connection to the equipotential bonding at all times. The standard version of the grounding clamps includes a plug-in-connector for an easy connection to the included grounding cable, spiral cable and rewinding cable reels.
