EUROTUBI produces galvanized, hot-rolled pickled and cold rolled welded round tubes in mild carbon steel with big diameters and thin wall thickness. The tubes are manufactured by continuous forming tube mills using cold-rolled, hot-rolled pickled and galvanized steel strips. EUROTUBI’s entire production is managed and supported by the Technical Department, starting from the analysis of customers’ requirements. While preparing an offer, we analyze and simulate processing technologies and methods, through the 3D modeling and CAD-CAM, study customized solutions for services such as new packaging and new transport systems. We have our own laboratory that guarantees the quality of raw material and of the tubes produced. Our information system registers all the incoming raw materials and allows to trace them throughout and even after production. EUROTUBI srl can organize all the logistics process, including the optimisation of packaging, for you . We provide such additional services as cut to size, laser marking, bevel cut, threading, bording, flanging, widening, reduction, plasma cut-off, so you can get a ready-to-use product and save your mpney and time. The flexibility of our organization allows us to produce smaller quantities than market standards; thus we can react quickly, reducing delivery times.
