EXCOR desiccant bags BALESO are made of 100% natural bentonite (alumina) and are free of chemical additives. The wrapping material is available in two variants: low-dust (type A) and dust-tight (type B) desiccant bags, which are made of highly tear-resistant fleece in accordance with DIN 55473 specifications. Their use is environmentally friendly and there is no risk of skin contact. The bags are ready for use immediately after removal from the collective packaging. No additional handling is necessary. The desiccant bags should be placed in the packaging so that they do not come into contact with the metal. As single or multiple use packaging, VALENO X Film often comes in the form of covers specifically designed to fit the shape of the merchandise to be transported, complete with special closure and fastening accessories.

VALENO Stretch Film combines the tried-and-tested corrosion protection afforded by EXCOR VCI with the specific properties of a stretch film. VALENO Stretch Film is a universal medium for the shape-hugging wrapping of merchandise stacked in open containers and the secure bundling of shaped pieces and tubing, while also providing a protective skin for metal parts and coils. Its smooth outer surface prevents wrapped merchandise packages from adhering to each other and facilitates the handling of stretched packages. The VCI corrosion protection integrated into the polyethylene-polymer matrix of EXCOR VALENO Stretch Film is active on both sides. VALENO Stretch Film can be used both manually and in packing machines.

Ready-made bags and covers simplify the packing process and provide a sealed protective area. EXCOR VALENO Bags and Covers are made from a protective polyethylene film. The EXCOR VCI substance impregnated into the polyethylene provides metal products with long-term protection. Additional extras are available such as self-sealing, customer-specific printing, ESD protection, fire retardant properties, specific mechanical strength properties and transparency and may be combined as desired.

EXCOR ABRIGO is a high-quality kraft paper with solid usage properties. It is tough, flexible, abrasion-proof and easy to use. The steady, gradual emission of the EXCOR VCI corrosion protection substance prolongs the kraft paper's active life, while the fact that both sides provide effective VCI protection prevents application errors. EXCOR ABRIGO is suitable as VCI interior packaging, interleaving sheets or as inserted VCI carriers. As well as standard sizes we also supply custom sheets and rolls. The paper is a particularly economical choice because can precisely plan the amount you need.

The EMIBO Nature VCI dispenser capsule consists of 100 percent natural raw materials. While the shell is made of tough cardboard, the VCI carrier inside the capsule consists of multi-layered technical filter paper. For faster VCI release and improved circulation, EMIBO Nature uses an innovative VCI chamber system. In addition to a rapid build-up of the VCI protective atmosphere, EMIBO Nature offers a reservoir of active ingredients that maintains its protective function even under extreme climatic conditions.
