One of the core products produced in EVESA is PAPRIKA OLEORESIN (ORP) in liquid form. A natural colouring agent obtained from Capsicum annuum L. Regarding labelling, it can be declared as E-160C or No E-160C (flavoring preparation). Both are CLEAN LABEL.

EVESA produces over 5,000 tonnes of Paprika Powder per year, including mixtures of paprika, mixed with other herbs and spices and a wide range of paprika flakes.

EVESA produces natural antioxidants obtained from Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis I.) BORDANTIX ™. Used to retard rancidity in products containing oils and fats, due to the Carnosic Acid (CA). Products available as E-392 or No E-392 (flavoring preparation). Both are CLEAN LABEL.

Another type of product EVESA can provide is CAPSICUM OLEORESIN (ORC) obtained from Capsicum frutescens L. ORCs give hotness as a flavor, depending on the content of capsaicinoids and the dosage.

NEOHESPERIDIN DIHYDROCHALCONE (NH-DC) is a non-calorific sweetener and flavour enhancer. NH-DC is 1.500-1.800 times sweeter than sucrose at threshold limit concentration. It is very important its synergic sweetening when combined with other sweeteners, both bulk and high intensity.

EVESA produces several types of citrus natural extracts highly rich in flavonoids. Seville Orange Extract and Bitter Orange Peel Extract are natural extracts obtained from immature Seville bitter oranges. Both are 100% natural.

A wide range of herb & spice oleoresins and essential oils are manufactured at EVESA, obtained from the corresponding herb or spice. These natural extracts contain the full organoleptic character of the herb or spice in a concentrated form. Among them, EVESA can offer anise seed, black pepper, coriander, cumin, thyme, laurel, oregano, rosemary, etc.

Garlic Powder is a finely ground powder prepared by dehydration of garlic bulbs and followed by a milling process. Botanical Nomenclature of the origin: Allium Sativum.
