EasyClean™ Anti Ice

With our CNC-wire-laying technology is it very easy to integrate functions like heaters for Anti-Icing/De-Icing or surface sensors for detections of structural problems in carbon or glass fiber parts. We can manufacture dimensions up to 2500x8000mm.

Our release film SHIELD SR is created to be used with toner based printing technologies. The 23um thick PET film is coated with our unique SHIELD SR release coating, which add gloss and protection to your prints. Furthermore, the transfer film leaves you to choose in-between a quick hot peel straight after application or to peel it with a delay. The SR version is designed as an all-rounder, combining good resistance against cremes, water and mechanical damage. The standard core size is a 6'' core with a film length of 3000m per roll. Custom rolls can be made.

ALWA release lacquer (art. no. 9510000) is used to release patterns and moulds. ALWA release lacquer is applied in a thin coat with a brush or a sponge. A thin coat of ALWA release lacquer can also be sprayed on with a conventional spray gun. We recommend to spray on approx. 2 to 3 layers. After approx. 20 min. a strong release film is formed. The drying process can be accelerated by hot air.
