EcoTherm 800 - Hot water units -

This high pressure water jetting unit is extremely flexible due to its usage as a trailer. Three versions of the MK3 with operational pressure of up to 2500 – 3000 bar are available and is ideal for the removal of coating and concrete refurbishment, as well as for the separation and cutting of various materials. The easy to understand WOMATIC 4Control with operational status monitoring, pressurerpm regulation and pressureless circulation ensures high operational safety, low wear and tear, long service life, and last but not least, minimal fuel consumption.

With the builtin central valve design, these plunger pumps also have high volumetric efficiencies at high pressures. The carbide plungers used are extremely robust, provide long service life at very high pressures of up to 3,000 bar, and can therefore guarantee low maintenance costs. This makes the pumps of this WOMA series ideal for separating, disassembling, stripping and derusting with high pressure water.

The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

With operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar, the Yseries pumps are ideally suited to a wide variety of cleaning work, e.g. in the chemical industry, oil and gas industries as well as in the area of ship cleaning. Due to the small size and low weight, they can be easily installed in unit with very small base frames.
