Equipment wires and cables for high temperatures

Flexforce™ power cables are flexible composite cables designed for applications where high currents have to be carried. Their main advantages are as follows: high current carrying capacity, very good resistance to cut-through, to high temperature (150 C°). Possibility of shielding for excellent EMI protection. Resistance to fluids (hydraulic liquid, mineral oil, gasoline, diesel). Flexforce flexible power cables are made up of extra-flexible tin plated copper conductors insulated with FEP or Axon's special high temperature thermoplastic ASC15 and including separating tapes.

Spiral cables and cords axospiral® can be used for any electrical connection involving portable devices and moving equipment where flexing would cause damage to conventional wire and cable constructions. Axospiral composite cables have many advantages : flexibility, space saving, resistance to heat, chemicals, solvents. Axospiral wires and cables insulated with FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PFA, polyimide, vitax™, PU, ... dependent on the application. They can be overmoulded or terminated with different types of connectors. Axopiral composite cables and cords can be used for various applications: medical instrumentation, computer printers, robotics, test equipment.

Axomove® is a range of round composite cables specially designed for robotic technology applications. They are able to meet the most demanding requirements of the automation technology. The main characteristics are as follows : good flexlife and resistance to torsion, small dimensions, small bend radius, resistance to oil and solvents, abrasion resistance, EMI protection. Depending on customer requirements, they can be composed of round or flat primary wires or both Insulation : FEP, PTFE, ETFE, PFA, polyimide, vitax™ , PU, ... Shielding for EMI protection when required

Severe operating conditions in very limited spaces may create demanding routings for the wires and cables with very small bend radius. Axon' offers a range of highly flexible multi-conductor wires and cables called Flexible Wires (FW). Made with silver plated copper and silver plated copper alloy (120,50 and 25 µm strands), they are insulated with FEP. They are designed to resist temperatures from -60°C to +150°C Various configurations are offered including : twisted pairs, shielded versions.
