FIBALON®3D offers you excellent filter performance for all common swimming pool filters. Only 350 grams of it replace 25 kilograms of filter sand or 20 kilograms of filter glass. FIBALON®3D filters particles down to 8 microns and due to its fiber fixation, it filters nearly pressure-less. Additional it is made out of recycled PET-bottles. This leads to an energy saving and environment friendly product. The interior of the fibrous ball consists of a slightly denser core and a softer wrap. The balls nestle together to form a consistent filter bed. The deliberately chosen spherical shape maximizes the filter media’s surface area. We also developed the fiber fixation DyFix® which yields an unusually high particle retention rate and deep penetration of particles into the FIBALON® media bed to provide excellent filtration results. FIBALON® leads with minimum weight to an excellent energy balance compared to conventional filter media.

The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON® is made even easier with our new FIBALON®rope. 8, FIBALON® nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete. For FIBALON®rope we also use our optimized fiber combination and other process innovations offers an incomparably high selectivity of 8 microns. All advantages of FIBALON®3D can be adapted and it promises an even easier handling.

The optimal package size and shape of FIBALON®compact facilitates the handling. The innovative and patented polymer fiber filter consists of a combination of different polymer fibers with diverse surface structures and special fiber cross sections according to latest scientific findings. The selected spherical shape, the special packaging size and the specially developed protective grid made of V4A stainless steel, enable a universal use with unique filter performance. The curvature of the grid ensures a full faced flow through the filter media bed and guarantees best cleaning results. The FIBALON®compact pro deluxe also has the worldwide unique dynamic fiber fixation „DyFix®“, which guarantees an incomparable filtration performance and a high dirt absorption capacity. This results in less service and cleaning effort. FIBALON®filter materials are always made of recycled materials to protect the environment. To improve the filtration performance, the innovative filter solution FIBALON®skimmy is recommended. FIBALON®skimmy consists of a fiber combination of different polymer fibers with specially designed surface structures and different fiber cross-sections. The developed dynamic fiber fixation Dyfix® guarantees a high particle retention rate and a deep penetration of particles into the filter media bed. Due to the unique fiber combination, FIBALON®skimmy retains finer particles than the skimmer basket. This relieves the entire filter system in addition. She spherical shape guarantees the optimal adaption to all skimmer sizes up to 25cm (9,84 inch) diameter. The spherical shape of the innovative FIBALON® filter material remains even with complete loading. The special net ensures an optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter elements. Moreover, the net acts as protective shield. The welding seams, as well as the mesh are extremely resistant to chemicals and chlorine.

Old heating systems often have problems: The entry of oxygen and dirt as well as limescale into the heating system causes oxidation on the in-ner walls of the heaters and pipes. The result is black heating sludge or “black water”, which settles in the pipes. Malfunctions and a reduced heat output are the negative results. The solution The innovative filtration system FIBALON® professional hotbox enables the heating water filtration in a closed system without installation effort. The polymer fiber filter FIBALON® tool, developed especially for the filtration of heating sludge, works similar to all innovative FIBALON® products and systems. The innovative FIBALON® solution removes heating sludge in a reverse filtration circuit. Metallic and non-metallic particles up to a size of 10 µm are filtered out. New filter material can easily be refilled. The FIBALON® professional hotbox also guarantees a continuously high and efficient heat output in old heating systems.

For large drainage holes (from a diameter of about 40 mm) or in the case that the distance from the filter housing to the drain funnel is large, we recommend you an installation of our Rückspülgitter. Individual tabs from the backwash grid can removed individually. The FIBALON® – Backwash-Grid can simply insert into the funnel opening or can be attached to the tube. If it is necessary you can secure the backwash grid with a cable tie.For the best fitting of the whole vent tube, please remove all segments of the FIBALON® – Backwash-Grid.
