Rosemary is an aromatic herb with a very branched and woody stem. Due to its antiseptic power, rosemary is used to marinate meat, flavor it and preserve it from putrefaction. Our VDJ-natural casing is processed from pig, sheep or bovine intestines. Depending on which part of the intestine is used, the different animals provide different qualities and calibers.
