After peeling, the carrots are blanched and dried with hot air. At the last stage, the dried carrot is ground into fine grain and takes the form of powder. Thanks to the carrot drying technology we use our carrot cubes retain most of their nutritional and mineral components. Careful processes of cleaning, peeling, slicing and then heat treatment blanching and drying are carried out according to the highest quality standards. In this way we obtain hardtextured dried carrot cubes. To use it in gastronomy, it is enough to pour water on it to soften it and bring out its taste and aroma.
