Description
Local filtering plant FA 27 are designed to eliminate sawdust, dust and chips from one-two machines, they are installed in the workshop directly near the machinery. Productivity – 4800 m³ / hour. Plant of this series differs from similar vacuum cleaners on purpose, the innovative decision of supply of the polluted air in plant. The solution developed by engineers of the company allows to prolong service life of filters and provides long service life of plant in the declared parameters. Bag filters provide air filtration with a particle size of 10 microns, the degree of air purification is 99.5%, the hoses are cleaned due to the flow of air from the main blower and the force of gravity. Plant on bag filters, made of powder-coated steel with open housing and blower. Filtering plants are equipped with the blower with high suction power and high efficiency, a filter compartment with reliable system of fastening of filters, a bag for collecting waste.

Filtering plant FTC-AS 6.Bd is designed for the complete set of machines for thermal metal cutting. Productivity – 6 000 m³/h. It is installed using modular panels, which provides a modular structure of the installation. The installation is made of 2 mm thick steel with subsequent powder coating. The fan unit is located in a noise-absorbing housing. Contaminated air containing waste particles obtained during production is transported to the filtering plant and the heavier particles in the settling chamber fall into the dust collection compartment of the unit, while the air containing small light particles is filtered in cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane . The installation performs fine filtering. Cartridge filters with a PTEF membrane provide fine filtration of air with a size of solid particles from 0.3 microns, the degree of air purification is 100%, which makes it possible to return purified air to the workshop.
