Individually designed, functional foods will be soon the focus of our nutrition. As a counterpart to today's mass production, more and more customized foods with the same ingredients are on the shopping list and produced according to the health, taste or personal preferences of each person. Ingredients that give the food an individual touch are flavours, colorants and also functional ingredients such as enzymes or probiotic liquids.
