New concepts for new markets is the banner under which the Bavarian construction and industrial hoist manufacturer GEDA-Dechentreiter GmbH & Co. KG presented a new personnel and material hoist, especially for markets outside Europe: The new GEDA SBL 2000. In contrast with other, variably adjustable hoist solutions from GEDA, the new GEDA SBL 2000 is therefore only available in a fixed platform size of 3.20 x 1.45 x 2.10 m, a standard load capacity of 2000 kg and 23 people, as well as a hoist speed of 55 m/min and a discharge head of 250 m. The title “Made in Germany” also stands for quality outside Europe. According to GEDA Managing Director Johann Sailer, it is important to stress in this context that with the GEDA SBL 2000 a product optimally tailored to meet the needs of target markets outside European has been developed and manufactured entirely in Germany. The GEDA SBL 2000 is available both as a single and a twin cabin.

The permanent installed material hoist GEDA 850 ZM P offers a simple and good-value transport system for materials with a spacious, open top load platform. The well-know GEDA UNI-MAST-system stands for easy assembly directly from the load platform up to a height of 100 m. Without using a crane, you can put on the handy 1.5 m mast segments and secure them with captive screws and locking nuts. The hoist can be installed at buildings and machinery in the private sector and used by a limited, trained group of users. With a load capacity up to 850 kg and a lifting height of 9 m/min, the GEDA 850 ZM P has already proved itself as a helpful machine in warehouses of the tire and automobile industries.

The Multilift Comfort range can be used as enclosed hoist for people and loads all around the world without any restrictions. It has been designed to correspond exactly to the international regulations (e.g. EN 12159). You may exchange the standard automatic control with the optional, even more user friendly level pre-selection control. For safety reasons the 2.5m high enclosure is electrically and mechanically blocked. This means the door of the enclosure can only be opened when the hoist is in the base unit. The Multilift Standard range is in no way technically inferior to the Comfort series, but its use depends on the regulations in the respective countries it is used. The hoists are delivered with an electrically surveyed low enclosure. This means that you cannot make the platform leave the base unit or that the platforms stops when a door is opened.Assembly is not carried out from the roof.

Two units in one: a building hoist with a load bearing capacity up to 850 kg or a transport platform for a maximum of 5 people and loads up to 500 kg. The transport platform GEDA 500 Z/ZP offers a simple and good-value transport system for materials and people with a spacious transport platform, which is not closed on the top. The well-know GEDA steel mast segments stand for easy assembly directly from the transport platform up to a height of 100 m. Without using a crane, you can put on the handy 1.5 m mast segments and secure them with captive screws and locking nuts. In order to prevent people from falling down, hot-dip galvanized landing level safety gates with mechanically locked sliding doors are installed to all loading and unloading points.

Rope hoists especially for scaffolders Two lifting speeds, an overload protection and a slack rope switch as well as a variety of different load receptacles make these fast scaffold assembly hoists the ideal tool for rationally and safely transporting scaffold components and building materials. You do not need to transport the handy drive of the rope drum to the top. It can simply be installed to the scaffold on the bottom. You can install the lightweight swivel arm in the desired height to the scaffold on the top. Quick assembly and their easily being moved are the biggest advantages of the GEDA scaffold assembly hoists. The maximum working height of 40m can be extended to 76m if you install the winch in a higher position. Apart from scaffolders, it is mainly roofers and painters who use these speedy tools to transport their materials onto the scaffold.

The well-known engineered safety features like the over speed safety brake and overload protection or limit switches at the upper and lower level are of course part of the standard equipment. Of course the PH range is configurated according the new EN machinery directive 2006/42/EG or to national valid regulations.
