QUIET DPM MACHINE Scribing technology makes sense as a metal marking machine, for metal parts (tubes and pipes) or formed plate (chassis and body parts) which will naturally resonate during dot peen marking. Scribing, by reducing the number of impacts, will allow a smooth and near silent marking with high contrast, making it easier to proofread. Thanks to the Datamatrix kit, we offer you the possibility to switch to a dot peen mode when you need to mark a 2D code. DEEP MARKING With up to 0.5 mm depth, the XF530 dot peen machine is the only deep marking system able to reach this level of depth in such a short cycle time. The marking results are clear and resistant to weather conditions, contaminants, rust, and guaranteed long-term readability. DOT PEEN ENGRAVING The XF530 large marking area of 200 mm (7.9 in) X 50 mm (2 in) is specially adapted to engrave large characters (more than 10mm (0.4) height) for easy readability from a long distance or in outdoor locations. Engrave and cut quickly with precision Thanks to its surface layer of just a few microns, you minimize the work involved in post-engraving cleaning. Gravoply™ 2 ensures you obtain the perfect quality during engraving and mechanical cutting. Available in 26 colors, Gravoply™ 2 also offers a good performance during CO2 laser engraving. The surface layer of Gravoply™ 2 can be lazered but the engraving quality may vary depending on the color. Cutting in the vector mode is not recommended.
