We accompany you with our design and development from the idea to series production! We process all common thermoplastics for you. Besides polyurethane, these are mainly: PE (polyethylene), PA (polyamide), PP (polypropylene), POM, ASA, TPU, PP, TPE as well as glass fiber reinforced plastics. Advantages of the injection molding process are low unit costs with high batch sizes. Before an injection mold is ordered, we build view samples for you as laser-sintered elements or by means of 3D printing. In this way, the desired part can already be viewed without having to spend a lot of money. Our machines inject molded parts from 5 to 6000 grams.

We use state-of-the-art machines to produce high-quality molded parts in the area of PU casting technology. By varying the raw materials, formulations and manufacturing processes, the properties can be specifically influenced. Therefore, we can produce difficult geometries and also larger components with the excellent properties of a polyurethane. In casting technology, small and large quantities can be produced cost-effectively using simple molds. Firm bonding with other materials (steel, aluminum, cast iron metals, etc.) is also possible.

No-crush roll made of polyurethane with hard core as well as ball bearing. This ensures enormous flexibility - an ideal application in the paper industry. Furthermore, different diameters as well as profiles are possible. The recovery properties of the no-crush roll are determined by the profile and the hardness.
