The IKO Miniature Linear Bushing is an extremely small linear motion rolling guide with a shaft diameter of 3 to 5 mm that performs endless linear motion in the axial direction while making rolling contact with the shaft. Cage, steel balls and stop ring are compactly built in the external cylinder, allowing high feed accuracy to be obtained. Since the steel balls are accurately guided by the cage, stable linear motion can be obtained with small frictional resistance. Compact Design The ultrasmall size allows for compact machine and device design. Wide Variation In addition to the standard type, the highrigidity long type has been serialized and can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel Stainless steel types are also available, with excellent corrosion resistance and ideal for use in clean rooms, such as in medical equipment, various disc readers and semiconductor manufacturing devices.

IKO Shell Type Needle Roller Bearings are lightweight bearings with large load ratings. They employ a shell type outer ring made from a thin specialsteel plate which is accurately drawn, carburized and quenched, thus providing the lowest sectional height among the Needle Roller Bearings. There are two types of bearings available in this series; the caged type and the full complement type. The appropriate type can be selected according to the operating conditions. The caged type has a structure in which the needle rollers are accurately guided by the cage and thrust rings. It is useful for applications at highspeed rotation. The full complement type needle roller bearing, on the other hand, is suitable for heavyload applications at lowspeed rotation. Since these bearings are pressfitted into the housing, no axial positioning fixtures are required. They are ideal for use in massproduced articles that require economy, and have a wide variety of applications.

In IKO Needle Roller Bearings with Separable Cage, the inner ring, outer ring and IKO needle roller cage are combined, but they can be separated easily. This type has a simple structure with high accuracy. In addition, the radial clearance can be freely selected by choosing an assembly combination. Because they use needle roller cages, these bearings have excellent rotational performance, and are best suited for massproduction, high accuracy products such as machine tools, textile machinery, and printing machines.

IKO Roller Bearings are heavy duty bearings with rollers incorporated in a double row. They are nonseparable bearings with a high load rating. They can withstand not only radial loads but axial loads as well, which are supported at the contacts between the shoulders of the inner and outer rings and the end faces of the rollers. They should be used at the fixing side of a shaft. Like needle roller bearings, they are also compact. Roller bearing types include caged, full complement and the type for sheaves, and they can be selected based on the operating conditions. These bearings are used in heavyduty machinery such as construction equipment, and industrial machines.
