BAG OPENER - BAGS OPENING DEVICE The Bag Opener is an opening device characterized by a regular and silent motorized fan and is designed to quickly pack and fill the bags. It consists of a stainless steel body suitable for contact with food and easy to clean. The bags with a hole for hooking are very easy to change and the constant air flow opens them easily one after the other. Fan with two-speed motor and on/off switch. Adjustable guides to facilitate filling. Attention: the collection of the bags takes place by tearing (naturally a small piece of bag will remain torn off).

The continuous product flow from the filling chamber is ensured by the fluidization air quantities being adjustable to your product. For compact bag shapes the special BEHN + BATES filling de-aeration nozzle removes the air from the bag already during filling.

We offer an extensive programme of palletizers in close cooperation with our sister company NEWTEC BAG PALLETIZING

For the smooth processing of your big bags we offer different machine variants allowing to fill powders & flours as reliably as grains & granules. Furthermore our delivery programme includes a large variety of accessories, e. g. automatic pallet separator, cover sheet dispenser or full pallet transport systems.
