Sieves, strainers and filter elements are manufactured by injection molding Either a plastic mesh or a metal mesh is placed inside the mold and overmolded with plastic. We focus on small and medium quantities from manual to semiautomatic series production.

For strainers and fine filters in the drinking water sector, stainless steel mesh and plastics with drinking water approval (for example according to KTWBWGL, DVGWW270WRAS, NSF, ACS...) are used, mainly POM, POMGF30, PP, PPGF30, TPE.

Due to the required hydraulic oil resistance, PES/PET fabrics and injection moldings made of PA6-GF25 or PA66-GF30 are mainly used. For higher temperatures or pressures, calendered stainless steel mesh is also used.

Depending on the application, PA66, PE/PES or stainless steel meshes are used, with PA6-GF25 or PA66-GF30 usually used as the body material. For special liquids such as Ad-Blue, POM is used because of its better resistance to Urea.

It is also possible to assemble seals and/or other components such as valves, flaps and springs onto our filter screens to form small assemblies. When joining plastic parts, clip connections are mostly used.

Gaskets, seals and technical molded parts made of special elastomers are manufactured using both injection molding and the classic compression molding process.

Traditionally, our rubber-to-metal seals are used in the engine and transmission sectors, often with the elastomer FKM / FPM.

We supply molded seals and special elastomer components made of special compounds based on ACM / AEM, NBR / HNBR and FKM / FPM for various hydraulic applications in mechanical engineering.

We have specialized in R-rings SH according to DIN 34109 / DIN34110 / DIN34118. In addition to the hook joint (SH), we mainly supply with straight joint, overlapped joint (SU) or gas-tight joint (SG or SW).

As high-performance plastics, we mainly use PTFE with various fillers such as bronze, glass fiber or carbon. For special applications, we also offer sealing rings made of PAI or PEEK.
