Minister of state for Environment (Ibrahim Usman Jibril).We therefore seek an audience in a meeting with your organization to see a possible partnership in driving this project to success, seeing that this project falls within your focal area.USED/WASTE OIL(LUBRICANT) HANDLING AND MANAGEMENT PROJECT IN NIGERIAA PROJECT CONCEPTUALISED BY HUMAN ENVIRONMENT UG LTD IN PARTNERSHIP WITH NATIONAL OIL SPILL DETECTION AND RESPONSE AGENCY (NOSDRA) UNDER THE FEDERAL MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT. Human Environment UG Nigeria Ltd (HEUGNL), in public private partnership with the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA), conceptualized this project on the handling and management of used/waste oil (Lubricant) across Nigeria. This project will, amongst others, address the indiscriminate release of used/waste oil into the Nigerian Environment as well as its attendant negative impact in the product use phase.
