Description
One of the winning features of the Hercules grate is the special PATENTED JOINT which allows for easy and fluid opening of both the internal and external doors, allowing for easy movement of the external shutters. HERCULES 2 – 4 consists of: 4-sided telescopic FRAME, made with 40x30mm galvanized steel vertical profiles, available in 18 variants to best adapt to every construction requirement. GRATED DOOR made with sturdy galvanized steel profiles measuring 60x30mm, while the crosspieces are made of 40x30mm tubing; and as a filler chosen from our aesthetic models. JOINT obtained through mechanical processing of solid steel and carefully welded to the tubulars/crosspieces. The upper joint has a steel nut applied as standard which, in the closed position, embraces the 16mm steel pin inserted on the frame/upper crosspiece.
