High temperature heater for pest control and drying processes Our high temperature electric heater model KILL MANN is an equipment designed and manufactured for pest control and drying processes where hot air at high temperature is required. The electric heater can be placed inside or outside the space that we want to disinsect or dry. The hot air will be directed towards the room repairing the heat evenly in all the corners where the insects can be found. Heat sensitive material should be removed from the room as the temperatures reached can damage them. The insects will die at a temperature of 48 °C for 150 minutes but if we increase the temperature to 55 °C for 60 minutes it will cause the elimination of the pest in all its stages (egg, larva, chrysalis, fully developed insect) by destroying the proteins from the body, a decisive factor in successfully eliminating the pest.

Drying processes with hot air generators fully configurable in flow and air pressure AGM hot air generators are units that work completely autonomously, they do not need heat dissipative elements, which reduces acquisition and installation costs. They can run on diesel, natural gas or propane gas and their function is based on heating the air drawn in by the fans and driving the hot air inside the room to be heated or dried. Its design allows the application of all types of low, medium or high pressure fans according to the needs of each installation. The main advantages over other heating systems are: - Reduction of acquisition and installation costs. - Very fast heating or drying system. - Air diffusion can be direct or a network of ducts can be applied. - 90% combustion efficiency. - Possibility of supply with low, medium or high pressure fans.

Industrial heating with hot air generators with pellet operation from 43 to 300 kW The hot air generators with pellet operation are fully automatic equipment used for heating industrial, agricultural and livestock premises. Its use is increasingly frequent thanks to its rapid depreciation and neutral CO2 emissions that contribute to the preservation of the environment. The equipment has a basic equipment designed for the use of granulated fuels, an automatic burner that allows the use of granulated fuel such as pellets, olive bone or almond shells. It also has an automatic ash extraction system to keep the combustion chamber in perfect condition and a smoke extractor to ensure proper depression in the combustion chamber. The equipment can be supplied with a fuel tank of 190 or 400 liters capacity with the possibility of applying larger storage systems such as canvas or work silos. The diffusion of the air can be with rotating nozzles or through air ducts.

Our modules to increase the air temperature incorporate a combustion chamber and heat exchanger with high thermal performance, it has an insulated exterior paneling and a temperature control panel to order the start and stop of the burner and the fan. Our modules to increase the temperature are designed to be applied in drying process facilities where it is required to increase the temperature of the air driven by an external air fan. Depending on the air flow, the thermal increase can range from 20ºC to 60ºC. The air flow treated by the equipment can range from 2,150 m3/h to 18,000 m3/h depending on the selected model. The fuel used by the burner can be diesel, natural gas or propane gas.

Hot air heaters with gas operation from 23 to 34 kW The K gas hot air heaters are units that work completely autonomously, that is, they do not need heat dissipative elements, which reduces acquisition and installation costs. Its operation can be methane gas or propane gas and its operation is based on heating the air drawn in by the fans and driving the hot air inside the room to be heated. The main advantages over other heating systems are: - They do not take up space on the floor. - Reduction of acquisition and installation costs. - Very fast heating system. - Air diffusion can be direct or a network of ducts can be applied to channel the air into adjacent areas where the equipment has been installed. - Combustion efficiency greater than 90%.
