The homogenizer is equipped with a homogenizer pump and a loading device for dry products. The heat exchanger jacket can also be used to cool the finished mixture. It is possible to supplement an installation with a fat's melting down barrel and with a dispersing device. It is possible to ensure the vacuumization of the product in the reactor.
