CLube Linear Way ML is a small LSeries linear motion rolling guide with builtin CLube lubrication that provides longterm, maintenancefree operation. Our CLube technology maintains the lubrication performance for an extended period of time, reducing lubrication schedules and the time it takes to manage them.

CLube Linear Roller Way Super MX incorporates CLube lubrication into the Linear Roller Way Super X. The same high performance can be achieved for applications requiring high load capacity and running accuracy such as machine tools and semiconductor/liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment, but with CLube, longterm, maintenancefree performance can also be realized. This reduces the cost of the whole system by reducing the running costs and the work hours required for lubrication.

The IKO Precision Ball Slide is an extremely compact and lightweight linear motion rolling guide with the track portion and mounting surface integrated, made into a rolling guide by precisely molding a stainless steel plate into a U shape. Since high performance and quality can be stably maintained for a long period of time, it is widely used as a precision linear motion rolling guide for the magnetic head guiding parts of precision measurement instruments and computer external storage devices, and also as a functional part for precision linear motion such as for semiconductor manufacturing and testing and inspection equipment. Models are available in abundant performances and sizes, and can be selected according to the application. Stainless steel highly resistant to corrosion is used for all steel components, so that they are suitable for applications in a cleanroom environment.

Precision Positioning Table LH is a highreliability, highprecision and highrigidity positioning table made of a cast iron slide table and bed with high rigidity and excellent vibration damping performance, incorporating an IKO Linear Way and using a precision ball screw for the feeding mechanism. By incorporating two Linear Ways in parallel, it achieves stable running accuracy, high positioning accuracy and large carrying mass. It is available in four sizes ranging from 120 mm to superlarge 420 mm in table width, and tables combining these in a twoaxis specification have also been serialized. It is optimum as a highprecision positioning mechanism for usage where the applied load is large and the stroke length relatively long.

IKO Nano Linear NT is a linear motor drive high thrust pick & place unit with compact integral X and Zaxes, using IKO CLube Linear Way ML in the table guiding parts. Thanks to the adoption of a system which drives the moving table with a link mechanism, it realizes both higher thrust of the linear motor and weight reduction of the moving parts and reduces tact time. By entering a positioning program, you may set flexible operation patterns and change strokes easily according to the workpiece. IKO Nano Linear NT is an optimal compact positioning mechanism for semiconductor and LCD manufacturing machines, as well as testing and inspection equipment and electronic parts assembling machines which require a clean environment.

Mounting Holed Type Super Slim Crossed Roller Bearings CRBTF is a compact and light weight bearings which mounting holes are prepared on both inner and outer ring of Super Slim Type Crossed Roller Bearings with the ultraslim 5mm bearing width to make mounting to equipment easier. Features 1.We achived the ultraslim 5mm bearing width by IKO technology of miniature bearings production, and this bearing contributes to make equipments more compact. 2. Complicated mounting structures are not neccesary thanks to the mounting holes provided to both innner and outer rings which make it possible to mount directly to the mounting surface without a housing or a pressure plate.

CLube Linear Ball Spline MAG incorporates CLube in the IKO Ball Spline G. MAG is used primarily in semiconductor/liquid crystal related manufacturing equipment where harsh operating conditions and high acceleration/deceleration are common. CLube provides longterm, maintenance free operation, and reduces the cost of the whole system by eliminating the oil supply mechanism and reducing the running cost and hours required for lubrication.

A specialized design combines an external cylinder with a cylindrical raceway and balls that are incorporated in the retainer, making rotary and linear motion in the axial direction possible simultaneously with rotational motion. Small Rolling Frictional Resistance Incorporating a ball with high accuracy into the precisely polished external cylinder results in small rolling frictional resistance and extremely smooth rolling motion together with reciprocal motion. Low Inertia Since the retainer has high rigidity and is lightweight, it has low motion inertia, making it suitable for rolling motion and reciprocal motion in highspeed operations. A Variety of Models Standard and heavy load models are available, each with different load ratings, and each offered with or without seals. It is easy to choose the right product based on the specifications of your machine or device.

Since each component is precisely ground and adjusted to ideal preload conditions, extremely smooth and stable operation with low frictional resistance over a long period of time is possible.

Interchange specifications are available. Since the external cylinder and spline shaft dimensions are separate, each can be individually added or exchanged. Two external cylinder shapes are available standard (cylindrical) and flange. External Cylinder Length Both the standard type and flange type offer two external cylinder length options, standard and highrigidity long. They can be used for a wide range of applications offering greater design flexibility. Solid Shaft and Hollow Shaft The spline shaft is available in either a solid shaft or hollow shaft, which can be selected according to the application. Stainless Steel A stainless steel spline shaft can be selected as an option. They are best suited for applications where rust prevention oil cannot be used, such as in a cleanroom environment.
