Description
There are currently 14 injection molding machines with clamping forces from 60 to 250 tons in our production plant. The maximum weight is about 600 grams. We process both bulk and construction materials. We process materials such as: - PP, - PE, - PVC, - PA6 (also modified varieties - e.g. modified with glass fiber up to 40%), - PA6.6, - POM, - PBT, - Thermoplastic elasotmers, - SAN, - PS, - PC, - PMMA.

Our company is into designing of details made of plastic. The design department, which cooperates with mold designers and injection technologists, has extensive practical knowledge that allows us to develop technologically correct projects. We also work with designers who support us in the design of functional elements.

Our injection department is also involved in injection molds testing. We test injection molds for tool shops and customers who import molds, e.g. from China. In addition to tool testing, we also assess the quality of workmanship, check the compliance of the construction documentation with the actual state and possible modifications to the forms.
