inprotec AG produces top-quality powders and granules using spray drying and fluidised bed granulation technology on a contract basis. We apply our many years of in-house expertise to develop innovative products in collaboration with our customers and to make these items ready for the market. Our business involves the contract manufacturing of high-quality powders and granules (single and multi-component systems). Our process technologies include spray granulation, conventional spray drying, spray agglomeration, coating, matrix encapsulation and fluidised bed drying. Solids and liquids are processed in combination as aqueous solutions, suspensions, emulsions or molten materials. The size of our facilities: 2 x laboratory facilities (0.1–5 kg), 1 x pilot facility (20–5000 kg), 7 x manufacturing facilities (total capacity approx. 100, 000 to annually). We can organise all of the logistics related to contract manufacturing. In addition, our services include mixing and dosing, as well as packaging and dispatching end products.
