Our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear is elaborated with pomegranates from a tree called Punica Granatum. The seeds are hard on the inside and the head is covered by a juicy, red, or pink, acid pulp. The Pomegranate Concentrate is ideal for the production of soft drinks and beverages and can be reconstituted by dilution with water to reach the Brix of the ready-to-drink product. Apart from drinks and beverages, our Pomegranate Concentrate Clear can be used in fruit industrial applications, bakery products, dairy products, ice creams, ready meals, jams, and syrups. Its color, taste, and flavor are typical of fresh pomegranates. Pomegranate Concentrate is normally packed in an aseptic bag, which is inserted in a metallic, cone-shaped drum, covered with a plastic lid. This product is recommended to be stored frozen at around -18 degrees Celsius for it to maintain its quality and properties. Drum 250 kg, Packaged 4 drums per pallet. Full flavored and typical of fine quality sour cherry juice concentrate. Free from scorched, fermented, caramelized, or another undesirable flavor. Our cherry concentrate is elaborated with fresh cherries. This fruit is a big help for health care. Actually, cherries protect against Alzheimer’s disease, fight cardiovascular disease, reduce inflammation, discourage diabetes, reduce the risk of cancer, stroke hypertension, etc. Moreover, thanks to its composition in melatonin, cherries are great to sleep better. Cherries are also rich in vitamin C, potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, folates, etc. Brix 65+-1 Product may crystalize under refrigerated and frozen conditions. Yangiyul Juice Factory offers Apple puree, prepared from washed and selected apple, sifted through a steel sieve. The product is preserved by means of a high temperature-short time process, quick cooling, and aseptic packaging. This process guarantees the conservation of organoleptic characteristics of fruit in aseptic conditions. Apple puree is made from sound and matures fruits from uneatable parts, sieved usually at 5 mm to get a homogeneous puree. The Apple puree is then thermally processed to obtain commercial sterility and aseptically cooled and packed in bags with Aseptic High Barrier, with 1” or 2” pressure plug fitment. Bags are one-way into trunk-conical metallic with plastic caps or recyclable cardboard drums. All of those products are used Juices, nectars, fruit beverages, food industrial applications, bakery, dairy, ice cream, fruit prep, ready meals, jams, syrups… Net weight: 210 kg approx.
