The IVCORE Company specializes in the production of tent fabrics and bookbinding materials, artificial leathers as well as tent structures of various purposes. The history of IVCORE began in 1967. Over the past decades, our plant has turned into one of the significant enterprises manufacturing over 40 types of products. The IVCORE Company has been the leader in the domestic market of PVC coated products for 50 years. Since 2008, we have been successfully developing the manufacture of finished goods made of PVC coated fabrics. Since 2014, the IVCORE has participated in the fulfillment of a state defence order for the production of M-30 tents for the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation. The total annual output is 10 200 000 m2

Awning cloth distinguishes itself by its versatility. Products from it are used in all sectors: from the oil industry to awning architecture. IVCORE materials are used to make pavilions, awnings, summer cafes, stalls, awnings for cars and trailed equipment, sports equipment, canopies, and drilling shelters. The awning cloth has good strength characteristics. PVC material for pavilions and other buildings is waterproof, retains its properties at temperatures below -30 °C. It is suitable for heat and high frequency welding. IVCORE produces awning cloth weighing from 300 g/m2 to 1100 g/m2 in any color according to the RAL palette. The material can be finished with a protective glossy varnish on one or two sides, or it can be prepared for large format printing with water-based solvent inks. Awning cloth is produced as standard option as well as fire-resistant, frost-resistant and fungus-resistant ones. Material characteristics can be changed according to customer requirements.

The formulation and manufacturing technology of this material has been developed under the control of the Russian Ministry of Defense. Mostly Teza-KHL is used to manufacture protective tents for military machinery (covers for armoured personnel carriers and other protective coverings). Acceptance Committee Representatives under the Ministry of Defence conduct production quality control to ensure the conformity of technical specifications of our material with the requirements of State Standard GOST РВ 0015-002-2012. The material has the unique frost-resistance (up to -60°С). The products made from Teza-KHL can be used in different climatic regions where temperature gradient may reach high values - from -60 to +70°С. The finished products made from Teza-KHL can be manufactured with joining fabric parts together both by sewing and welding (using thermal or high frequency processes).

Anin is a Nama word that translates to many birds. The Nama People is a member of the Khoikhoi people of Namibia and live in the Southern parts of the vast Namibia. Heidi von Hase established Anin Embroidery in 1987 by initially supplying materials and providing creative direction to the women. The motifs chosen mostly depicted the many birds of Anin itself and familiar scenes from village life in Hoachanas – set against a backdrop of makeshift houses and dusty yards. Strips of fabric and threads were given to the embroidering ladies to work onto. These strips formed both the functional and aesthetic appeal that is still the core feature of the ‘anin style’ today. Finding this practically creative way to create a functional craft by sewing up tablecloths, cushion covers and later bed linen, Heidi took the women’s skills to another level. Tourists came from far and wide to see the craftsmanship of incredibly gifted hands and purchase a souvenir for friends and family.
