Industrial wash with manual adjustment

This machine allows to wash, rinse and dry of mass production parts before assembly and packing. Genenarlly parts in the baskets that are moving on the conveyor are fallen into the machine by manual or pneumaticly. The door locked automatically and wash, rinse and dry operations are handled in the drum. Hot air or vacuum dry is appied. Optianally ultrasonic units can be attached to increase the washing quality. Thiss model is employing both spray and soak clening that improves the clenanliness at maximum level.

Manual washing involves the application of apressurized mixture of water and chemicals. This method is used for cleaning surfaces by manually spraying the pressurized water and chemical solution on to the target area. It is commonly employed for effective and comprehensive cleaning. The selection of appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals depends on the surface condition and cleaning requirements.

This machine provides high efficiency cleaning of medical and technical elastomers and is construed for big sized batch demands at high throughput. The comfortable touchscreen panel allows a fast and easy operation of all parameters as well as administration of your washing recipes. Depending on water quality or rather cleanliness requirements, a treatment with de-ionized, de-mineralized or ultrapure water is possible by add-on module on option. For industry 4.0 demands, the W90 is best prepared. Standardwise, a monitoring of the processing data via network is possible also from an external working place. On option, the control of the machine via OPC-UA server can be installed additionally. By special request, siliconisation of rubber parts or coating with other glide agents is additionally possible. The W90 offers maximum economic efficiency on treatment of big batch volumes at high throughput!
