Description
FK plywood is produced from high quality birch rotary cut veneer of calibrated thickness and moisture content. Plywood sheet of any thickness are assembled from an odd number of layers of veneer, the adjacent layers of which are oriented perpendicular to each other in the sheet, due to which the highest physical and mechanical parameters of plywood are achieved. The gluing of interior plywood sheets is carried out using thermosetting adhesives of the KF-OFP mark, which are produced directly by Tavdinskiy PPF. The composition of the binder includes urea-formaldehyde concentrate, urea, water, as well as stabilizing and modifying additives to provide the required properties. Interior plywood is environmentally friendly, the emission class of free (unbound) formaldehyde is E1, also compliant with CARB Phase II, EPA TSCA Title VI requirements. Interior plywood is easy to process and goes well with finishing materials. It withstands moisture, however, it is not recommended
