There are no interpreting booths in your meeting room and you are expected to provide simultaneous interpreting for your participants. What do you do? Simply tell us the number of working languages and participants and we will handle all of the simultaneous interpreting logistics of your meeting. Our soundproof booths can be set up in no time at all, provided that your meeting room is easily accessible. Our professional technicians are on hand to support you throughout your event. Hire of portable interpreting sets or "bidules" Portable interpreting sets: The ideal solution for meetings on a smaller scale For meetings on a smaller scale, we are able to offer you portable interpreting sets. The sets consist of a microphone into which interpreters whisper and 20 headsets. This makes it the ideal solution for company visits or meetings on a smaller scale, such as negotiations, an interview, a site visit or a practical training seminar. Using a portable interpreting set (also known as 'bidule' within the profession) requires some discipline from the participants as no sound amplification is used and the interpreters have to whisper into the microphone.
