Description

Inulin is a naturally occurring multi -grain, not digested by man, thanks to which he acts as dietary fiber. It occurs in the roots and tubers of some plants (chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, artichoke, burdock, onion, garlic, bananas), most often it is obtained from chicory. Insulin is characterized by low calorie and delicate sweetness. Because it is 10 times less sweet than sugar, it is not usually used as its replacement. Inulin is used as a gel, thickening and stabilizing substance. Infolin added to food reduces its caloric content, inhibits appetite and increases the feeling of satiety. Thanks to this, it improves control over the amount of food consumed. Works in people on slimming diets. Inulin acts as a prebiotic, stimulates the development of normal intestinal bacterial flora and thus has a positive effect on health. Use Consume 20g a day - mix the powder with about 100-150ml of cool water or your favorite drink, mix thoroughly.
